Mrs. Brianna Williamson
My name is Mrs. Williamson, and I am thrilled to be your child’s teacher. Kindergarten will be full of learning and fun! This will be my 13th year teaching and my second year teaching at Rocky Ridge. I could not be more excited!
I am married and have two amazing kids—Ellie and Jace. My husband, Adam, is an assistant principal in the Puyallup School District. I am originally from Kelso, WA and have lived in the Graham area since attending PLU in 2003. I love spending time with my family, being outside, reading, eating good food, playing games, and laughing with friends and family!
A few of my favorite things are: purple and yellow, FOOD, hiking, gardening, swimming, boating, riding bikes, traveling, vanilla, Starbursts, spring and summer, volleyball, and my dog (Lola).
Preparing for Kindergarten: 1. Practice independent skills ( buttoning, zipping, tying shoes, putting coats on, washing hands, etc.). 2. Practice communicating personal needs. 3. Work on following single and multi-step directions. 4. Practice counting. 5. Learn to recognize their name, 6. Identifying letters in name. 7. Read and discuss books.
I can't wait to get to know you and your family!
