Mrs. Rhonda Taini

Hey there, it’s Mrs. Taini, your Art Teacher! I live in Morton with my husband, Scott, and our 17-year-old daughter, Autumn, along with our dogs Max and Honey, our cat Camo, our hens and rooster, our two peacock/chicken hybrids, Pecan and Shadow, and our guinea pig, Penny. We also have three grown daughters: Leslie (who is also an art teacher!), Hazel, and Iris.

This is my 14th year teaching and my 11th year at Rocky Ridge. I love inspiring young artists—and being inspired by them too! My main philosophy is to try new things with an open mind and always do your best. A positive attitude is essential for success.

When I’m not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the beach, making art, taking photos, and hunting for elk. Some of my favorites include pizza, chicken fried rice, and chocolate. I enjoy listening to The Beatles and am inspired by artists such as Georgia O’Keeffe, Vincent Van Gogh, and M.C. Escher.
