Ms. Gabriela Garcia

Hello!  My name is Gabriela Garcia and I am a kindergarten teacher at Rocky Ridge.  This year marks my 29th year of teaching at Rocky Ridge, and I love this place! I graduated from Central Washington University, class of '93, and have taught Kindergarten through 2nd grade... all at Rocky Ridge!  (Go, Raccoons!!!)

An interesting fact about me is:  I’m the 4th oldest of 12 children raised in Yakima, WA and all our names all begin with the letter "G".

A few of my favorite things are: traveling, Dutch Bros, water, avocados, macadamias, owls, shopping at Target, and Elephant & Piggie books.

I am excited about being your child's teacher and looking forward to working together with your family to help your child have a WONDERFUL YEAR.
